In the last year, Change Ur life supported 219 people in Bedfordshire that have been victims of Domestic Abuse with the funding secured for 2021/2022. However, we have been unable to secure the funding required, to continue to provide our services.
It has been a very difficult year for the charitable sector trying to secure funding for 2022/2023. We have made multiple applications and asked for assistance from businesses in the area however with some applications we were not successful, and we’re still waiting to hear if we are successful for other applications.
We regret to inform you that as a result, prospective new clients won’t be able to self-refer on our website nor would they be able to use the Live Chat facility or the duty phone.
We continue exploring available funding opportunities and should things change, and we are successful, we will inform you accordingly.
